Marketing Executive

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Remote)

What would you do at Axon Systems?

We’re seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to help us accelerate growth, build brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. As part of our team, you will plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the healthcare and health tech industries, and communicate the value of our platform to prospective clients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events).
  • Develop compelling content, including brochures, blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and track competitor trends.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and social media strategy to increase online visibility.
  • Organize webinars, product demos, and industry events to showcase our EHR system.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and report on KPIs.
  • Maintain and update the website with fresh, relevant marketing content.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in healthcare, health tech, or software).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills.
